utilising the uv editing on blender and project from view to get a front facing view - the one issue at the moment is that it is projecting around the whole object rather than just one face
ideally i want to make it so i could think about having different projections//images on different faces of the objects - maybe by lunchtime i may have figured a way
or you know, maybe not
anyway here is the first go, working with the recurring saw shape (not my best) and a sphere because it was easy to just add in a simple shape
(i also have a video im going to upload to here the animation i rendered)
